XXV Financial Management Conference

Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO and Article 81(1) of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994, I authorize the free recording and dissemination of my image in the form of photos/videos taken during the XXV Financial Management Conference. The consent authorizes the recording and dissemination of my image and voice for informational and educational purposes, by making available without time and territorial restrictions, in the mass media, including social media. By the same I agree to make changes and modifications to my image, necessary for its dissemination, consisting of its graphic processing (retouching, change of framing and other similar modifications) and the incorporation of the image into other works, with the proviso that they may not distort my image. Such changes and modifications do not require separate consent.

I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the Stowarzyszenie Absolwentów MBA based in Szczecin (the organizer of the Financial Management Conference) for the purpose of providing electronic services in the scope of marketing activities consisting in periodical sending of information concerning the organized events to the e-mail account indicated in the conference registration form. The consent applies to the address of the e-mail account. Mentioned personal data will be stored in a form allowing its use for the indicated purpose until withdrawal of consent. Marketing information to the indicated extent will not be sent more often than once a week until consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
